We’re based in the North West, but we take on projects UK-wide depending on scope and timelines.
We generally work on projects ranging from £20k to £1m+, with our three budget bands being:
Entry: £0–50k
Mid: £50–250k
Premium: £250k+
Yes — we’re a design-led contractor. We start every full project with a paid design phase to ensure we align budget, vision, and delivery.
This covers your design brief meeting, concept planning, consultant coordination (M&E, structural, etc.), and draft plans — everything needed to prepare your project for build.
Yes, we can take on build-only contracts if full designs and specs have already been completed and tendered.
Once the design is signed off, we produce an itemised Schedule of Works (SOW) with clear costs attached — no hidden surprises.
Timelines vary depending on scope, but we’ll provide a clear programme during the planning phase based on your deadlines and cash flow.
Yes — all works come with appropriate warranties. We also offer optional maintenance packages post-handover.
We provide weekly site updates, photos, and progress reports. You’ll always know what’s happening and what’s next.
